  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Bought a coupon from living social for tile & grout cleaning. Took of time from work as well as moving everything off the tile in preparation for tile to be cleaned. Got a call that unable to keep appointment because of location & will let me know when they will be in my area. Asked if didn't want the job & said to call living social & get refund. They book appointments and if your location isn't convenient for them they cancel on you. I rescheduled an appointment for 2 days later & did get a confirmation email but when called within the 4 hour window they said they would not be coming out & hung up on me. Very unprofessional & more negative review then positive on many sites (Yelp, Google & living social)
