  • This is the third time I've walked in to the store with the intent to purchase and left empty handed. No greeting, no acknowledgement of presence in the store. Picked up and looked at a few items (shoes, purse and clothes). Would have bought at least 2 shoes and a purse but the sales people were too involved in their personal conversation to help. I shop a lot in the canal shops but sadly probably won't return to Tory Burch again.
