  • I booked my daughters graduation party back in September 2015, before there was even a place to look at. Well here we are 2 weeks before the event - 5/20/16 and I cannot get anyone to call me back, email or touch base regarding my event. I attended the grand opening and Jen - whom I purchased from - was busy doing tours and said " I will be right back to show you your space", never to return. I toured my space with someone from corporate, who told me to just mill around and check it out. I signed for a payment plan, she put one payment and then the entire balance due in one month on my credit card, with no advance notice of the change in payment plan. With so little time left and no choice but to have this party at this venue, I would take my money and leave if I could. They get you in, sell you and move on. I really was looking forward to this party and wanted it to be nice for our daughter, but I am a nervous wreck now.
