Love this throw back ice cream parlor! Super charming and quaint and it feels like you've stepped back to a simpler time. They have a huge menu with ample flavors of ice cream and a millions ways to jazz it up (toppings, milkshakes, floats, etc). On my most recent visit, I was feeling kinda peanut buttery, so I opted to build a sundae with peanut butter ice cream topped with marshmallow sauce and peanut butter cups. I got the smallest size and it was much more ginormous than I was expecting...the ice cream was practically overflowing in the lovely tuliped glass in which it was served. As for the taste, I wasn't disappointed. The ice cream is really creamy and it's definitely on the sweeter side as far as ice creams go (and I didn't help things by adding super sweet toppings)....but I have a huge sweet tooth, so I didn't mind the sugar overload one bit! My husband opted for a soda float with amaretto and cookie dough ice cream...divine (and also a huge size!) Overall, if you're in the mood for some good ice cream and dose of nostalgia, this is definitely the place to check out. Cheers!
