My boyfriend and I were in the market for a new SUV 4x4 and had spent an entire evening going to 5 different dealerships. We decided that we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and started off at the Jeep dealership in Henderson. We were overwhelmed with all the different trim choices but were steered toward the Altitude package. That night, I did more research and concluded that we really needed the Trailhawk for our off-roading needs. We contacted a couple other dealerships online and Ashton responded by email right away. I was surprised as it was 10 pm!
The next morning we met Ashton and her sales manager Stevie and they were super helpful. They agreed that the trailhawk would be our best choice. We told them our budget and they showed us several cherokee and grand cherokee trailhawks that would meet our needs. We really appreciated the low upfront pricing that was clearly marked on the vehicle, instead of having to hunt around to find the price and deal with the stress of haggling. Their prices were lower than the Jeep dealership in Henderson and for a higher trim! We found a grand cherokee trailhawk that we liked, but it was missing a couple of options we wanted. Stevie went out of his way to check the computer and said that there was the exact car with all the options we wanted that just got checked in to detailing.
We proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes driving around the whole lot trying to find this vehicle and we finally found it. After having gone to so many dealerships, we really appreciated how easy and low stress this car buying experience was. There was no pressure, as they are not paid on commission. And everyone was super nice. We were offered water and refreshments countless times and greeted in a friendly manner by multiple employees. We love our new vehicle and couldn't be happier!
