  • I asked for something elegant with lavender roses. When it came, the arrangement was beautifully arranged, gorgeous and tasteful, and exactly what I asked for. When (probably because of the heat) the roses didn't last as long as the rest of the arrangement, they completely stood behind their product and replaced them without any fuss. I am dazzled. I ordered the arrangement from California and everything went as smooth as silk. I will definitely use them again. I thought it was really good value for the money, and they made me look good to the recipients. They also delivered when they said they would, and the replacement roses arrived almost as soon as my email left my computer.
