I found this place on groupon as it's close to my home and across from my gym. I stopped in to check it out before I accidentally bought two different groupon certificates. The beds are smaller and less advanced than I'm use to but I was going to give it a try out of convenience. When I stopped in before buying the groupons, the desk staff acted like a bunch of snobs. Seriously? I thought I'd try anyway. When I explained my two different emails and bought two groupons ( can only use one ) the manager said she'd put it towards whatever I bought after my month was up. I travel for work so do not keep track of date/days. I made an appt and went in for appt. the girl at the desk 'couldn't find me in the system at first. When she did, she said my pkg expired the day before. I expressed I was going to be buying another with the credit plus whatever else the cost would've been anyway. She said she had no notes/record and I could come back later to tan. I said you're not going to let me tan now? She said no. I said, ok I will NOT be back. EVER. And I will tell everyone I know not to use the snob salon. I even asked one of the local businesses in same strip what was up with the attitude with everyone in that place.??? She agreed and said it wasn't the first time she's heard that. Well, apparently this SNOB SPA has enough clients to not please new ones. I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. I went to a former salon I've used in the past and they were beyond helpful, and provide a better service/product anyway. ! Reminds me of the movie Pretty Woman.. BIG MISTAKE.. BIG.... ( ps I got into my luxury vehicle and drove away to another salon.. LMAO )
