Met three of my siblings here after work on a Thursday. We were all coming from different parts of the valley, and this was centrally located. I sat in traffic coming from North Scottsdale for almost an hour and was the last to arrive. I was shocked that RA would not seat the rest of our "party" until I arrived. It was bad enough that I was late and stuck sitting in traffic, but also my siblings were stuck standing at the front of the restaurant waiting for me. Note: it was NOT busy -- at all. It was only around 5 pm and there were many open tables. I can't imagine why they wouldn't seat THREE people of a four person party.
Service was acceptable. My sister was having a hard time deciding what she wanted to drink (to the point of being a little annoying, I will admit) and you could tell the waitress was a little peeved. It was a mutually awkward situation, but I thought she could have handled it with a little more poise and professionalism. Other than that, food came out quick and fresh, drinks were refilled, etc.
The food was good, and the restaurant clean (which I cannot say for all of the RA's I have been to). We got a few appetizers off of the Happy Hour Menu to share, a few maki rolls and a few drinks. Happy Hour prices are reasonable, and we enjoyed the atmosphere out on the patio.
