rev:text	Where do I even start, for starters these guys are all a bunch of lying dirt bags! They will literally say anything to get the sale and then when a problem arises they act like gods angel. For instance lets talk about their IRS plans, when I purchased my IRS'S I was under the impression that I would be covered on my product for a year and get labor for life. The salesman specifically told me that if I ever wanted to upgrade my product cause maybe down the line I was not satisfied with it and wanted more, that with the IRS I would be able to bring back my equipment and they would give me FULL credit on it and that would be applied towards my next upgrade. Turns out that was BS! He also told me that if I ever wanted to put my stock equipment back on that this would get done for free as I have LABOR FOR LIFE on my IRS. Also turns out that was complete BS too! The final piece of the whole lie was that I was also told that if my IRS plans were not used within the one year period that I could come back into the store and get my money back, nope! Only store credit and then you only have a month to use it otherwise its gone. What kind of shady practices does this business run? Home of the $1 install???? More like home of the crooks! This place is a joke along with their management.
