  • Two words: BOOZY SHAKES. They are damn good here! I got the Guava Float and Mike ordered the Blueberry Pie and both were freaking delicious. I wanted to try them all. There are so many things to choose from on the menu its really hard to decide, they even have lil hot dogs and lobster rolls! They have a lot more than just burgers. We went with some Lobster Mac and Cheese for an app and it was decent, not the best I've ever had but not bad. For my burger, I ordered the Gold Standard and it was pretty good. I liked the arugula with the goat cheese and bacon, all the flavors worked well together. I had fries with my burger which were delicious. Mike ordered the El Machete which he liked as well. Mike ordered onion rings with his burger which were some of the best onion rings I've ever had, crispy and had a nice snap so it didn't pull out the whole onion when you took a bite. I really like the buns they use at Holsteins, nice and soft but holds up to all that burger and toppings. The burgers here are massive, we wanted to try some desserts but were way to full to even attempt. I love the decor and set up of this place, they have cute little characters everywhere and pretty cool art. Its nice and open and the service is pretty good as well. It is a little pricey for a burger but they are very gourmet and made with quality ingredients...and it is Vegas so what do you expect? =)
