  • Very poor first impression, too bad since the room was decent. I showed up at 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night. Drove right past since the front sign was burnt out. I then walked in and saw 5 people in line with no employee to be found. There was a sign saying "We will be back shortly". Some people had said they had been there already for 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, the employee finally arrived. He was short and rude with everyone including me. He handed me my room key and didn't tell me what room or where to find it. I had to look around myself. The room itself was nice, clean and decent amenities. Nice big TV although they only have standard def channels so the picture was terrible since it was stretched to such a large TV size. If the service was much better they would have got a 4 star rating from me but it was bad. I will not be back due to the service I experienced and saw.
