  • This is the most high-tech vet I've been to! The front staff are super friendly and nice. The facility is very clean, well decorated. They even play soft music and spray botanicals to relax your pets... All this is a little excessive for me. However, I keep coming back because of Dr. B!! He is so great with our pets and to us. I highly recommend him. This vet is pricey and charges a visit fee even for vaccinations (I hate that!). But you do get what you pay for. I'm impressed with the level of detail they put into explaining procedures. They provide power points of what to expect and Dr. B goes through them like a pro. The front staff texts during operations to give updates. And, they email you a procedure overview including pre, during, and post operation photos. My advice: go to Dr. B! We had to work with Dr. Aybar for one issue and were not super impressed... she just didn't seem confident and was difficult to talk to (no eye contact, lots of "likes" and "ums"). I need reassurance when it comes to my fur children!
