  • I must say I was anti madness for a little bit but yesterday completely blew me away. The associate named Shay has made me do a 360 on my views of this place. I called ahead to place my order and she was courteous over the phone and fast. When I arrived to pick up my food she greeted not only myself but everyone with a smile. My order was ready when I got to the counter and she obliged me when I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and even went out of her way to get me chile sauce . Very sweet young lady and her customer service skills are GREAT and to top it off my spicy teriyaki bowl was delicious! I will definitely be coming back to this establishment in the near future.
