  • I'm reading these reviews and I don't know what planet these people live on. The only thing positive I can say about this place is that the prices are too reasonable which should make you question the product they are using or how they might be diluting the dysport, botox or xeomin. My dysport lasted 6 1/2 weeks so I definitely won't be back, but even if it lasted a year I would still never go back. When they inject here they walk out of the office and bring back a needle already filled. I DO NOT like this, I want to see in front of my eyes what they put inside that needle and opening a brand new needle out of a plastic wrapping. I've had 2 different experiences with the front desk, I have to say the lady with the English accent is the most friendly in the whole building, the brunette who works at the front desk is very unfriendly and doesn't smile or greet you. Let me start with Mary Bryan RN, she had the personality of a wall and no bed side manner. I realize that I wasn't going in there to be pampered as in having a facial or massage, but still when you're spending $400 plus dollars you want somebody that has a good bed side manner. When I would ask her about something she was very rude. Also, while having her gloves on she takes her cell phone out of her pocket and started texting somebody, first off this is unprofessional and second I don't know what germs her cell phone had on it, then she touched my forehead with the same gloves while injecting. Lets move to Samantha Daniel RN, she did say hello and introduce herself which was more than Miss Personality did. However I did not like the way she injected and my frown lines were still there 2 weeks later. Mary or Samantha do not make you feel comfortable as a new client, I felt like a number in a factory, not a human. Also, before they changed there waiting room area, the old waiting room used to be next to the Plastic Surgeons Office. While I was in the waiting room with a few other ladies waiting to get Botox. Dr. Hankins had his office door wide open and you could hear his whole conversation with his assistant. I heard a mans voice I'm assuming it was Dr. Hankins, I heard and I quote " When people call in inquiring about breast augmentation consult tell them we are all booked for 2 weeks to make it seem we are busy" Oh my god, how unprofessional. Close your door next time. This is not a good place and I would NEVER GO BACK. You couldn't pay me to go back.
