  • I simply love this location. Every time we come in there is always someone who comes around to see if we were finding everything ok. Today we came into PetSmart to pick up some cat food both wet and dry. My cat is very picky believe it or not lol and won't eat certain brands really as much as I tried to get him to he just won't. So on that note we couldn't find the 12 pack of Sheba pate. I went to look for a employee, Tina was very helpful and tried to look for some in the stock room but couldn't find anything. She suggested to ask the people at the register to honor the price. And they were more then happy to do it. I didn't catch the cashiers name but on the receipt it says cashier 627189. She was very friendly and happy to honor the price. When we mentioned that it would be fun to work at PetSmart she mentioned how much she really does love working for PetSmart. That's amazing that you have such great employees that are passionate about what they do ! Around of applause!
