  • After looking for a filtration system, we thought we would get an estimate from George Brazil. They had a kiosk in Superstition Springs Mall. We agreed upon a time (not the day I was looking for but I accepted a Saturday between 12noon-4 PM). I waited until 3PM and called the weekend hotline. She was very nice and professional. It was obviously an outsourced service provider. She advised she would get in touch with GB and advise them they were running out of time to keep their appointment. Approx 20 minutes later a Service Representative from George Brazil (GB) contacted me advising me that the appointment would have to be rescheduled because they were running behind. I advised that was unacceptable. He then proceeded to lecture me that these things happen and that I was scheduled for 2-6PM. I think I would know when I scheduled the appointment. Rather than try to fix the issue, he preached to me in a "straight from the hood" manner. I advised him there is only one chance to make a good first impression and they were blowing it. Too late. Excuse after excuse and come to find out, the initial person i talked to at the answering service had not contacted them at all. I reminded the rude representative that they cost me time and money by keeping me waiting without services or showing up. He did not seem to care about the name of George Brazil or the so-called reputation of the company. I advised him, because he cost me time, I would leave bad reviews on the internet and cost them customers and money. Seems like a fair trade right? This is what happens when you try to be all things to all people. Plumbing, Electric, heating and A/C. You spread yourself too thin and are sure to disappoint. Well, George, you did disappoint. We went with Benjamin Franklin. And Guess What? They showed up on time, called ahead to confirm time, and they were ready to install immediately. Wow!! Night and day. It just proves my point. DO NOT USE GEORGE BRAZIL!!!!
