They called and said that they were running behind so had to delay my appointment and tried to get me to reschedule, which I thought was unprofessional. I was only in Charlotte for a few days so my time was precious.
My master student was friendly, but not overly chatty so I felt that I could have stretches of relaxing silence. Which was great since the appointment was looooooooooooooong.
I think the part when they shampoo and condition and rinse your hair is worth all the money the cut and dye cost me. It is so relaxing and therapeutic. Hands down my favorite part of a hair appointment!
You can't see it in the photo, but my hair had a clear line where I had died it a lighter color, and my roots had grown out. I had her take off about 6 inches of that, and add both highlights and lowlights. My hair looks much more natural now. I'm not super happy with the way she did the layers, but since my hair is thick I think it possibly just couldn't have ended up like the photo I showed her.
Would definitely go back! The price is right.
