| - Super good, the only downside was the wait. It wouldn't have been pretty in high winter, but it was decent enough. Place is packed, but not the point of you're elbow to elbow. But two big partys of 10 people will cause a backlog if anything.
What to eat here? This place is famous for their waffles; waffle sandwiches; waffle bacon; different kinds of dessert waffles.
I ordered their smoked salmon waffle, which comes with capers, cream cheese on a dill waffle. It was excellent, lots of smoked salmon, and not has heavy handed with the cream cheese; kinda wished I had more capers. But overall nicely balanced.
Dessert waffles were great, try their apple one, which was probably the favorite for our party, but I love their blackberry and pear one, which isn't for everyone.
Waffle bacon was interesting, essentially it was a waffle with strips of bacon in it. They provide maple syrup as a dipping sauce. Overall impresson, good but felt a bit gimmicky.
Service was friendly and patient, despite being packed.
