  • The only reason I am not giving them 3 stars is because of Dr. Sherrell. Took my baby in for a tumor removal from his thyroid and he did a great job. His neck isn't oozing and he's healing very well. The reason this place isn't getting such a great review is the girls in the front. When I went to pick up my dog a pregnant blonde woman behind the desk was talking about how she found "midgets" (her words) to be disturbing and creepy clearly making everyone uncomfortable. Another didn't read the notes to see the agreed upon payment plan and then they gave me the wrong collar and it doesn't fit my dog... seeing as I just spent close to 500 on surgery and am in my early 20s making dirt money I don't have any to buy a new one with. I called, they checked and they couldn't find it. I asked them what they were going to do about it since they were the ones that lost it and they only said they would put down a note and call me if it turns up. That doesn't help me AT ALL. I went to them for the payment plans because I am broke. I live in an apartment and if I can't walk my dog he goes in the house. I'm disappointed with the way the front office staff handles things. They are unprofessional, unfriendly and clearly not very bright. I really wish Dr. Sherrell was at their Westbrook location in the west valley. I'm hoping I don't have to visit here again.
