  • Terrible. First, the salespeople flock to you like vultures as soon as you walk in. Not even giving my husband and I time to look amongst ourselves. They literally follow you around the store and make you uncomfortable. Secondly, we came in and paid $2500 cash for a couch and was waiting on delivery for the 15th. That same day, we put 20% down on an appliance suite and came back today to finance the remainder $3000 and some odd change. So in total spent about $5000. They ran my credit and denied me due to an unpaid collection that I can prove being paid off. We just bought a house so my credit is near perfect with no collections for that very reason. After calling corporate to fix the issue the store manager then came and told us that RC Willey only finances up to $500. Please tell me how that's any kind of financing when I just spent $5k and needed the rest of the $3k. Regardless, this place is a joke and I should've known from the first vibe that it was going to be that way. Shop elsewhere.
