  • Horrible sales associates! I went there to pick out some purse options to present to my boss for his wife for Christmas. Little did I know that when I went back to return the purse (my boss picked one I purchased from the mall) they said that all returns were final and store credit or exchanges were only allowed. Of course I was then upset since NONE of the sales associates informed me of this during checking out. When I asked them they pointed to a small sign at the sales counter that explained their store policy in small print. I told them when I checked out that I was not informed of this the manager said, "We see too many people a day to inform everyone of our policy, that is why we have it posted." I couldn't help but laugh, Forever21 sees probably double the amount of customers in a weekend and every time you check out they ask you if you know the store policy. I find it quiet ridiculous. Now I am basically out $180 out of my own money as I now have a store credit there. Prices can be good but the sales team there is rude and lacking customer service.
