| - We finally went to Chin Chin after passing by it a bunch of times.
I am definitely glad we went in, because we had some great food for the price!
I have a gluten allergy, and they have an entire section of their menu without gluten! They have a chicken dish, gluten free, that wasn't that great. The spring rolls had a lot of basil in them which overpowered the flavor. So at first, I was a little worried about what was to come.
However, their Mongolian beef made up for all of it! I swear it had crack in it. Perfectly cooked, not too sweet, not too many onions, just great. I could eat it any day! They also had gluten free crab and asparagus fried rice. Now, it comes without any real sauce, but they give you GF Soy sauce. Even without the sauce it was great! We couldn't stop eating it! Not greasy, totally hit the spot. They also had a noodle dish that was good too - a little greasy, but slightly crispy noodles with a light sauce + beef. Yum.
I gave it 4 stars because the food was pretty good, but the service was great too. We brought my 18 month old when we went, and the server was super friendly and kept giving him chopsticks and made him laugh. Friendly, knowledgeable, and all around good experience. We will definitely come here again!
P.S. They are able to do some sushi rolls gluten free too. I got their salmon cut roll, and even though at first I thought it was too pricey, the roll is huge! Tons of salmon, not too much rice, totally worth the price. The salmon was delicious too - not slimy or fishy. Fresh and tasty!
