  • I have been a regular customer for over 2 years but will not be going back again. They mixed up my order with someone else's and failed to return my designer suit jacket. Even though it was pretty obvious that there was a mix up since I was given someone else's jacket they repeatedly failed to acknowledge the error (i.e., "please let us know if you find your jacket") and would only offer an insignificant reimbursement for something that cost much much more. Considering the amount of money I've spent over the years using their services, extremely poor customer service.
