  • Kinda over this dealership for service items. Every time I come to get an oil change, I drop it off, they tell me they will call me in 2-3 hours. 4-5 hours later, I call them to ask if my car is ready. This time they said 30-35 minutes and it will be ready to go. I got here 47 minutes later, took 15 minutes to pay, then they told me it would be another 15 minutes for the car to be washed. They've had my car for 5 hours.... I'm okay with the amount of time it takes them, I'm not okay with leaving work to get my car and still having to wait 30 minutes AFTER I called to confirm when it would be ready. I'm definitely finding a new place to take my car before I get in trouble at work for being gone too long. The other 2 ladies in the waiting room that are waiting for their cars are complaining about the wait time as well. All 3 of us will be going elsewhere. It should not take an entire day to get an oil change. What a shame.
