  • I went to see Dr Kanwar Bhogal to get X-Rays and get my teeth cleaned, so as a first time patient I had to complete paper work, while I was completing my docs, the front desk staff were so loud and obnoxious, laughing so loud/unprofessional. Then they called me in to get my X-Rays it took them an HOUR to take X-rays they couldn't get it right, usually it takes 5minnutes. While I was there I've noticed a cockroach in the office and one of the staff killed it. It was discusting!!!! Then they told me their going to get an authorization from my dental insurance to find out the maximum coverage frim my insurance as we were planning on fixing few of my teeth. 4 weeks went by and I haven't heard back from them, then I called my insurance they told me the authorization was sent to the office 3 weeks ago. So I called Dr Bhogals office the office was closed on a Monday, the Thunderbird office is opened only on Monday and Wednesday, so then I called them back another day one of the staff picked up the phone and hung up on me then I called back again didn't even apologize, I asked if thy received the authorization docs and they said no the haven't, I said my insurance mauled them out to you 3 weeks ago, they asked if I had the copies to drop them off at the other office de on Bell Rd & 32nd St so I drove there about 18 miles from where I live I went there and their office was closed!!! the office manager Candice in the morning called me and left me a message to drop off a copy and I was being proactive drove all the way to the office and the were CLOSED!!!!! They don't even open when their suppose to be open! Their so unorganized and unprofessional don't even waste your time , they won't return your call, the staff are inconsiderate and they don't care about their patients at all!!!! And not to mention they don't even know how to take X-Rays, this dental office it's a joke I would never recommend any of my family or friends to Dr. Kanwar Bhogal!!!!
