  • This is the worst Wal-Mart in town, in my experience,and it's because of how horrible their customer service is. There are so many examples of this, that I'll have to list them: 1. Not a single employee at any time ever just asks if I'm finding everything okay, and if I actually do need help, I either can't FIND an employee or they act like I'm just bothering them. 2. The employees pushing carts with items I'm assuming they are going to stock the shelves with don't even move out of the way for you, and, if anything, look at you as if they expect YOU to get out of the way for THEM. 3.three times have I not been given all of my items from the bagging area, from which I now have to dig through my bags and make sure I've got everything. 4. The women working in the fitting room area almost never answer the phones, I've noticed and will allow it to ring off the hook while they stand there looking bored. 5. Speaking of dressing rooms, I once went to go try something on, and ended up waiting several minutes while the employee chatted away with another woman. From their conversation, I discovered the woman was an off-duty employee, and became angry that neither of the even looked at me. When I finally interrupted to ask for a room, they gave me the rudest looks. I really really strongly dislike this awful location.
