  • Called in first thing Monday morning about a leak in my master bathroom. Explained the issue in detail. Was told someone would call 30mins prior to coming out. It was Monday so I figured it would be awhile. Waited hours then someone called my wife's cell and asked about the problem and wanted more info. 15mins later I got a call asking about what the problem was and was told someone would be by that afternoon. 5pm came around and that they would have to come the next day. I told them anytime after 3:30. So today I waited and didn't hear from anyone all day. So I called and was told they would have to come out the next day. Again. I explained me and my wife worked and that we cant get home until after 3pm. Was asked if I wanted to confirm a 8am appt. Do not advertise 24hr service when you cannot back it up. Anytime should change to "NoTime For You" Plumbing. Wasted 2 days of my time. Tech came out to look at problem few days later. Not the Techs fault they may not be organized or have scheduling issues. The only reason I am changing to 3 stars.
