Another amazing meal accompanied by amazing service! We started with sharing the caprese salad and beet salad, both very good. The homemade burrata was very creamy on very fresh plum tomatoes with a light pesto sauce. The beet salad with arugula was even better. The sweetest beets with fresh crisp arugula and creamy goat cheese with a very light dressing both were so large I was able to take some of the beet salad home to enjoy. For our entrees my husband had the NY strip; very tender, cooked perfectly medium rare delicious with a Cabernet reduction. He loved the accompanying sides of creamed spinach and freshly cut, crispy pommes frites. I tried both and they were very good. The spinach wasn't overly creamed like some, just very light and perfectly seasoned. I had the gnocchi with lobster which had spinach and tomatoes in a light Parmesan cream sauce. It had several large pieces of lobster. Some pieces were large enough to cut with a knife and the lightest tender gnocci. We also had some additional sides, peas with multi-colored carrots all fresh and cooked perfectly still had some crispness and my favorite the tempura cauliflower, so crispy and delicious. I don't think I want to eat cauliflower any other way! For dessert we shared the cheesecake and it is wonderful! Light and airy but still very creamy and cheesy. Everything is large portions so we had plenty of take home boxes which made the next very special. Our waiter Allen was personable and really payed attention to all of requests taking notes along the way. He was attentive without be over-bearing. The perfect dinner. We will be back.
