I was in the Madison area for business. Thursday on the way to Verona, I stopped by one of the EVP sites. It was the closest thing I found on the way that morning. Coffee was .. okay. Nothing superb. I was impressed that they still sold by the pound and not 12 ounces, but not that they kept it in plastic bags in the well lit refrigerator. Also, the person who was working the counter there, I draw the line at calling him a Barista, mentioned that his coffee at home never came out very good, that his water was too hard. I commented that he hadn't learned working there not to make coffee with very hard tap water?????
