  • As a guy born and raised in Quebec and because it's trying to pass a poutinerie, I have to give it 1.5 stars. Everything is wrong. The fries, the gravy and the cheese are simply wrong. You would think that it would be easy to get those 3 simple ingredients right but it's not. If you're truly a fan of authentic poutine, this doesn't even begin to be anything close to the real thing.
