  • Very impressed with the estimating process. The owner John did the estimate himself (always a good sign). He was quick and responsive to meeting me at my far away property in the county. His quote was competitive and most impressively detailed. He included photos of the scope of work and thoroughly listed details so I would know what I was getting. If you don't know already, that is very rare. As someone who managed a contracting business for 10+ years, thorough estimates are extremely important and the backbone of a successful project. If estimates are vague, trouble ensues. You have this figured out John, great job and thank you so much!
