I had the Bose sound system connected to my TV go out. I called and got an appointment
for the next morning. Matt showed up on time and got the problem solved in 30 minutes.
I was extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to use this company again. Apparently they don't do much general electronics work any more, focusing instead on Apple products, but it would certainly be worth calling and describing your issue. I think they would tell you if it was outside their expertise, and if they accepted the job it would be done promptly and professionally. It's nice to find a local company that really understands customer service.
