A yearly tradition of visiting this market sadly was subpar in terms of booth vendors and entertainment offerings. This year they had a Glad wrapping booth- really!? The hype around the market seems to be growing sadly the organizers are not all there with the event planning.
As expected vendors sell overpriced merchandise novelty holiday knick knacks- if your a fan of Merci chocolates you can get a great price but that's about it for deals. Food offerings include poutine, turkey legs, grilled cheese, and baked goods overpriced but thats a given.

Want to visit a restaurant at the Distillery, reservations are required well in advance (at least two to three weeks). Visits to restos day of and your looking at a wait time of at least 90 minutes plus. Put yourself on the list and walk around.
All in all, nice ambiance with music, lights, toasty bonfires, and great for pictures. Walk or take the streetcar to the Distillery. Saturdays are the busiest its even stated as an advisory warning to attend in the mornings or choose another day. On busier days don't be surprised if you're expected to wait to get into the Distillery- up to 15 minutes. Visit on warmer days!
