  • My mother is currently staying at Life Care Center Glendale, like the other review my mom has had to wait over an hour for help before, resulting in her trying to get out of bed to use the restroom herself, she is still very weak after having open heart surgery and this caused her to fall and get a huge bump and bruising on her face and body. Needless to say I am not happy at all with the so called service they offer and will be speaking to someone about the matter since I observed it first hand. After pressing the nurse call button I waited ten minutes before walking to the nurse station where there were three women gossiping about nothing work related and even after personally asking for assistance it NEVER came... For the price they charge you'd think they would be able to hire the staff necessary to handle the needs of the patients, but that is definitely not the case. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these facilities for anyone looking for a place to recover from a surgery. If I could take the time off my mom would have better care at home...
