  • We recently moved to the area and decided to try Rock Bottom. The first time service was horrible, the waiter forgot our appetizer and never refilled our drinks. We waited at least 20 minutes for our bill after the meal was finished. The table we were seated at was also filthy. A few weeks later we decided to try it again. We sat at the bar and service was a little better but not great. We ordered guacamole and the bottom of the chips was a huge black hair. The waitress was completely unapologetic. Don't think we'll be going back.
