| - I have been a fan of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a long time, but this holiday season added a big boost to that. Rented an SUV while visiting my mother in Cleveland. Almost a full two weeks later, my mother remembered that she left her binoculars in the rental car. (These are very treasured as she is an avid birder.) Yikes! My heart sank as I thought it almost impossible that someone would have turned them in. But I was very soon proved wonderfully wrong!
Due to the honesty and diligence of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport Enterprise staff, and Enterprise's online Lost and Found reporting and tracking mechanism, within 15 minutes of my mom calling me to see if there was anything that could be done about her binoculars, I had a message from the Cleveland Customer Service staff that they were there. My mom picked them up the next day, and was, according to her, treated royally by "the very nice young people at Enterprise" (her words). In particular, Patti and Kawanis, were folks that helped her out. Many, many thanks to the Cleveland Enterprise crew!!!! I really appreciate your help and that you made my mom feel very well cared for.
BTW: The rental car was awesome, as was the customer service all the way through!
