  • My wife and I frequent Fuji approximately once a week. The sushi chefs are awesome guys, as well as the wait staff (while ever-changing). There have been times when service is a bit slow, but it does not warrant me giving them anything short of 5 stars. I wish they were more liberal with their $5 and $10 off coupons like they have been in the past. My wife and I alwasy get the Kani Tempura and Philly Rolls which have never once been disappointing. They also have a jalepeno roll of some sort that's ridiculously good as well with minimal heat. I would DEFINITELY recommend a sushi dinner and hibachi lunch. And yes, their ginger and coconut sauces are outstanding!
