  • I normally do not do this, but after last nights experience at your restaurant I have to contact you. Arrived for a birthday party at 6:00 PM. The room was not ready. Why? It had been planed for some time I assume. Room was not festive, chairs were so hard i could hardly sit, and I had to sit for over three hours! Waiter did nothing but upsell your menu. (Good for you, bad for us) Only two servers and she was a "B". He was like a used car salesman. No bread, for over two hours, no refills on Ice Tea, but he sure made sure the cocktails were handled. Food was awful, I had the prime rib, he said it melt in your mouth......HA HA was tough. Not cooked properly and the "sides" came out 10-15 minutes after he sat down the entree. By the time the sides came out the food was cold. The clam chowder was terrible, watery, cold, no flavor, the baked potato was not cooked all the way through. The "grilled" veggies were soft but the best of the night. Your guac had huge pieces of avocado that wasn't seasoned. I am not the only one to complain, but most likely the only one that will tell you. Everyone for the most part thought this was a horrific evening. Most of us will never come back, I know i will never ever come back or tell anyone anything good about your place. You really need to do a heart to heart with your staff. Do not go here, it is awful.
