I recently purchased two arm chairs (along with a storage cabinet). I had them deliver the goods and to my surprise my arm chairs were delivered without any covers. When I called, the first customer service representative was great, we had a good laugh about it agreeing that it was a bit ridiculous that my order doesn't match the totals that I was charged and there was a clear error. He assured me that the customer service representative for after purchases would facilitate me not having to do the entire store to get two covers that were clearly supposed to be part of my order. Once transferred an arrogant man came on the phone, told me they would surely sell me he covers and that he would not hold them for me even if I paid that I would have to do the entire store for two covers.
Poor customer service if you ask me. I'm willing to go pick it up least they could do since it was clearly a computer error is avoid me having to spend 45 minutes to go through the store. Unimpressed to say the least.
