Well it would probably help if they had more than one wait staff that knew what they were doing ( we unfortunately didn't get her), the other two just stood around talking about how much better the job was than the office jobs they used to do. The order we received was all mixed up and the food wasn't very well cooked. I not sure how you screw up eggs, but the guy in the kitchen with a beard and no net did just that. It took me standing up to get our wait staffs attention, in order to fix the order mix up. It's nice when people save old landmark places but it would be even better if they hired people who knew what they were doing.
