  • UPDATE: Originally scored down as a two-star, but the manager apologized and is going to talk to the team. Appreciate that it's being handled. Showed up at the shop tonight at 9:50 for a donut and couldn't get my cheat treat because all the doors were locked even though the posted closing time was 10. More to the story, but that's the gist. At the end of the day it's just a donut but still a frustrating experience. Wish I could be rating the quality of the food and not how I was treated by an employee but that's life...
