  • I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience I just had with this restaurant. I called to place an order to go, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. I called back because I figured I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves, but they obviously did not deserve it. When I spoke to the same girl and told her that I was hung up on, she did not even apologize but simply just said, "ok what did you want to know?" I said I wanted to order to go. She collected my info and was so rude that I finally just told her nevermind. I understand weekends are busy, but at least apologize for your mistake! Won't be giving them anymore chances.
