  • Totally unprofessional. Had reservations for a 24 hour rental. Showed up 20 min late to my hotel for pick up. And the kid that took us to the place of business was shooting the shit with his friend as we wait to get in and on with our reservations. We get in and he had no clue what was going, and had no car ready for us. We picked a specific car and that was now not available. They blamed it on a totaled car. Well we talked to someone hours after that car was totaled, so that excuse didn't work with us. We finally realized this place was a joke and the kid tried putting us in any car that was easy. Which is not what we wanted. We said no thank you and we were no longer interested in continuing with this. He said okay! And did not Apologize for any inconvenience, or even offer us a ride back to our hotel.
