  • This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. I called to set up an appointment for my leaking water heater. The company never showed up to to the appointment. When I called to find out why no one had shown up the receptionist said the plumber was on his way. The plumber NEVER showed up. The following day when I called my warranty company to assign another vendor they called One Time Service for an explanation. Their excuse was that they called me but the lines were busy all night. That lie alone discredits this company. Just off of them not showing up, no attempt to reschedule and lies are good enough reasons for me not to want them to do any work in my home.
