rev:text	My husband and I went on a Saturday night so it was relatively busy. We were sat in 10 minutes and our server was at our table with barely any wait time. The servers and hosts were polite. The food was good but still over-priced relative to the portion and taste. The reason CPK will earn my return patronage is because the the manager, Jamie. I tried to use a $25 gift card I received about seven months prior to my visit. The card was declined and showed a zero balance. We paid the remaining balance in cash which was not a problem. An hour later I contacted my aunt who had gifted me the card. She requested I retrieve the card so she can dispute the balance. When I returned the get the card it had already been thrown away. Jamie was extremely apologetic and she immediately gave me a $30 credit for my next visit. I am extremely impressed with the way the situation was handled. Jamie sympathized with me and accommodated the situation professionally. We will be returning.
