  • I have been to this location 3 times now. The first time was okay... just average. The second time was great. I had a girl named TY, I was so excited because I thought I had found that one hair dresser I could stick with. She was fantastic! Hair was her passion and she knew her stuff. The best color and hair cut I have had. I called for an appointment only to find out that TY was not longer there. I made the appointment with someone else since there was no way to find TY. requesting someone that is good with color for highlights. I get there at my appointment time and the girl at the desk said she would let the hair dresser know. She comes back and says nothing. After 20 minutes of waiting (in the waiting area with no magazines) I finally asked the front desk if it was going to be a while. She comes back and says "it will only be a little while" ... like that is an answer. I sit there for another 10 mins... so now I'm 30 mins waiting and another person says they will make sure the stylist knows I'm here. I was going to walk out after waiting another 2 mins with no one telling me anything when the stylist comes and gets me. I give her the history of my hair and requested NO brassiness. I told her I was getting married in 3.5 mos and PLEASE do not mess up the color. My hair turns out very brassy and the blow out/style she gave me was HORRIBLE. I have never had such a bad style... my hair looks better in the morning after sleeping on it wet. I also requested to NOT put a lot of styling product in my hair and my hair was so full of it I could hardly get my hands through it. The hair trim was not good either. THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER I'm leaving. FOUR hours if you count the 30 mins I sat in the waiting area. Now I have to get my hair fixed somewhere else... if it can be fixed. I'm getting married in 3.5 mos and I'm FREAKING out! Terrible customer service and the last stylist was enough to make me never want to go back. A few mins later I happened to run into a lady that I was telling my experience to and she had the same experience so it sounds like this was not a one time thing. Sad, I really wanted to like this place as it was convenient and the prices are good. But I guess you get what you pay for. I should have walked out when my intuition was telling me to. Ty, if your out there please let us know where! AHC you lost a great hair dresser when Ty left.
