  • I recently at here and was very disappoint with the service and my food. Service: The young lady waiting on me was flirting with guy next to me the entire time. When was asked "What do ya want?" I replied "Steak and eggs, please." I never got a temp on my eggs and steak when I placed my order. Several minutes passed and then I was asked how do I want my eggs. Several more minutes passed and I was asked how I wanted my steak. Several more minutes passed and I was asked what kind of toast I wanted. I almost had to argue with the young lady to get whole wheat toast. She then told the guy next to (one of Gilbert's finest, from what I gathered), "this is why I don't serve people". As if to indicate I was being hard to deal with. The food: I ordered my steak medium and it came out well done. I was never asked how it was, even though the gentlemen next to me was checked on several times throughout his meal. I still tipped over 20%, however it was not deserved. I used to be a server/bartender myself so I know how it goes. However, I would have felt bad, personally if I delivered that poor of service to any of my guests.
