I wanted to try a new place out since my old nail place wasn't too adventurous as far as designs go. Found this place on Facebook and was impressed by the pictures they had up. I walk in and was taken care of right away, which was probably the only good thing about this place. The woman working on me was their newest hire. I don't know if maybe it was lack of experience or maybe I'm just used to the way Asian people do my feet but the pedicure I received was horrible. I could've done a better job. All that was really done was lotion applied to my feet and cutting my toe nails. My nails were crooked. She barely filed them. After that, we moved on to the manicure. I asked for gels. I looked thru the iPad with their previous designs and picked one out. I asked for one color on 4 nails and another color on my ring finger and then I wanted glitter applied in the Ombre manner. She told me no problem, she could do whatever I wanted. She put glitter on one of my nails and it kind of looks like she started putting on my nail and then just stopped. Now, I'm a huge fan of Ombre and I know what it's supposed to look like. It's supposed to gradually increase/decrease, not just stop right out. I thought they looked ok and didn't feel like staying there any longer as I had to pick up my kids from school. Not even 5 days after, the gel was already peeling and cracking. I'm not all that active of a person when it comes to my hands. I have a dishwasher so my fingers aren't underwater for long periods of time. And this wasn't my first gel manicure so I'm used to them lasting at least 2 weeks. But not even 5 days?? I wouldn't have even called it a manicure. Same thing that happened with the pedi. She just cut my nails and filed them. No cuticle remover was applied, I don't even think she put lotion on my hands. Overall, this place is an overpriced excuse for a "nail bar". I will not be returning and hope no one else tries this place out as you will be greatly disappointed.
