  • This place is terrible!!! I can not wait until my lease is over and move out. The people in the office is terrible and keep changing. First they could not find my paperwork in the office. They charge for keeping up the pool and surrounding or landscaping which was not explained to me when I singed my lease. I just got surprised when I got my first utility bill. Dog pooh all over the place. Now I understand why there were people at the office complaining when I signed my lease. I ignored it and give it a benefit of the doubt. That's a huge mistake!!! I should took that as a sign not to move here. I'm only giving it 1 star because the kitchen appliances is all new. When you request for maintenance it will never get done in a timely manner. Besides that I told the office that they don't have permission to enter and call me first because we have a home alarm. And of course maintenance came without calling me or my daughter and alarm went off while I'm out of the country and my daughter at work and when my daughter called the office, the lady at the office gave her attitude saying "well they're in your apartment already so just turn off the alarm". I have a lot more to rant but just do yourself a favor and do not move here. I will move out as soon as my lease is over!!!
