  • I don't live in AZ but anytime I'm in town I used to stop at Rosa's for a few tacos. While the food is still decent the notion of customer service and friendliness of staff has gone out the window. Huge disappointment. The lady behind the counter almost seemed annoyed that I was ordering food. Wow!!
